What’s your refund policy?

All retainer payments are non-refundable. Please make certain that you want to work with us before booking. There are no credits or refunds. If you need to change the date or time of your ceremony, you may do so by speaking directly with the wedding officiant that was appointed to you. Please be aware that last minute changes may be subject to a surcharge.


Why are your prices so cheap?

Our services provided here are for couples who want a simple wedding ceremony without customization. We keep our prices down because we trust that your event will be smooth, drama & hassle free, and it will start on time. If you make the officiant wait for you to start the ceremony, a late fee will be applied.


late fees and tipping?

You and your guests must be on time. We recommend that you tell your guests to arrive 30 minutes earlier than the expected start time. You will be charged an additional $20 per 15 minutes late PER VENDOR!

Tipping: While not mandatory, it is certainly welcome to show your appreciation.

 


Are all the officiants Licensed?

YES! Absolutely all of our wedding officiants are licensed by the City Clerk's office to perform legal wedding ceremonies in the 5 boroughs. We also provide ceremonies in different languages.


How do I apply for a Marriage License?

Super easy! Simply go online to this address: https://www1.nyc.gov/cityclerkformsonline/formslist.htm?recordType=CANCEL fill out the application for a “marriage license”. After this is filled out, you will go to the City Clerk’s office to pick up your license. Filling out the paperwork online will expedite this process & you can obtain your license in 10 minutes.

The fee for a Marriage License is $35 which can be paid by credit card or money to the City Clerk. A New York State Marriage License is valid for 60 days. Meaning we must conduct your ceremony within 60 days of your obtaining your license. A Marriage License issued in New York can be used anywhere within New York State.
